Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. Before you return a product, please make sure that the product was purchased in the last 30 days.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are not refundable.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Green Ridge ships to addresses within the United States only. PO Box addresses are accepted as well.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
