Owner of a business development consulting firm for over 20 years, Gary has worked extensively with private sector firms and government covering all aspects of business development, keying on funding and financing for applied research, commercialization, from start-ups to major firms seeking international market development. His business development work also includes project development for value added agriculture and green energy systems. His skill sets complement Green Ridge's long term strategy of crop diversification, innovation in value added agriculture and rapid business growth.
Ray Abry CTO
Ray is a Sr. Technical Specialist with over 40 years of oil and gas, biological, petrochemical, nuclear, technical and managerial experience. Ray has a consistent record of achievement through assignments in basic research, technical services and development, engineering, sales, marketing and business development. Ray is a Professional Chemist and holds several process patents and is instrumental in IP creation, extraction design, and process flows and structure for Green Ridge.
Sam Belanger COO
As chief operating officer at Green Ridge Biosolutions, Sam is responsible for the US operations of the company. He brings more than 20 years of experience to GRB. His experience and leadership have been focused on agriculture development, product development and launch, and operations management while providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth. Before joining GRB in 2019, Sam was the president of the Stone Mountain Capital. Responsible for the management of several investment projects in commercial real estate and agriculture. In addition to over four years at Stone Mountain, Sam was with the University of Montana for over four years. From 2013 to 2018, he was director of marketing for UMD. From 2006 to 2009, he was managed 8,000 acres before returning to the University of Montana to pursue his Master of Business Administration. In the past, Sam serves as a committee member for the annual Can the Cats Food Drive. He is currently a board member for the Montana Hemp Cooperative.

Sam Armstrong farms in central Montana. He began growing hemp for seed and CBD in 2017. Armstrong grew 140 acres of hemp in 2017 and 600 acres in 2018.

Sam Belanger farms in western Montana. He began growing for CBD and fiber in 2017. Belanger grew 10 acres in 2017 and 120 in 2018.
